McNair Law Firm is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been elected to shareholder in the firm’s Charleston, Columbia, Greenville and Hilton Head Island offices.

M. Ryan Gentry (Columbia) practices primarily in the area of public finance, concentrating on compliance with federal and state securities registration and disclosure requirements. George E. Morrison (Charleston) counsels clients on a broad range of corporate matters, and routinely represents borrowers and lenders in commercial lending transactions. He maintains an active estate planning and probate administration practice, and also advises individuals and businesses on taxation matters, including tax-deferred real estate exchanges, partnership and S-corporation taxation, and tax structuring for real estate transactions.

Bret T. Pruehs (Hilton Head Island) focuses his practice on real estate and corporate matters.  He handles various commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as property tax matters, and counsels horizontal property regimes and property owners associations regarding their legal rights and obligations.
