McNair Law Firm announced today that Reggie Gay has been named managing shareholder of the firm’s Upstate Unit.
Reggie has been practicing law for 27 years, twelve of which have been with McNair. During this time, his practice and reputation for service has grown. As managing shareholder, Reggie will oversee the Greenville office, which includes 16 attorneys and 13 staff members.
“Reggie is an outstanding attorney and a client-centric, business-minded leader,” said Managing Shareholder David Tigges. “He comes into this new role with a deep understanding of McNair’s practices, clients and culture—I am confident the Upstate Unit will continue to thrive under his management.”
Reggie practices in the areas of labor and employment law, workers’ compensation, litigation, health care, and appellate advocacy. In addition to his work with McNair, Reggie serves on the board of the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce Manufacturers Steering Committee, the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club of Anderson Advisory Council, and the St. John’s Methodist Church Nominating Committee. In 2013, he was selected for inclusion in Legal Elite of the Upstate.
