McNair attorneys, Reggie Gay and Rita McKinney, will present at the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Workshop on September 11 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce.

Reggie and Rita will present “Little Things Which Can Trip You Up” and will focus on employment issues which many small and medium size employers need to know. These issues often cause problems for employers and can result in expensive litigation, charges and penalties, and fines.

Attendees will be exposed to various areas of the law, many of which you might not be aware that can affect your business.
