Overview
Jane focuses her practice on civil litigation in federal and state courts, and federal and state regulatory matters, with emphasis on health care, class actions, and various constitutional and statutory issues. Her health care practice includes representation of providers in compliance and reimbursement disputes, representation of hospitals in pricing litigation and peer review matters, and representation of professionals before state licensing boards. She also serves as a member of McNair's Professionalism Committee.

- Defended class actions and putative class actions in federal and state courts on issues including hospital pricing, ERISA, environmental, antitrust, consumer lending and product liability
- Represented employee benefit plans, plan administrators, plan sponsors and beneficiaries litigation of various ERISA issues
- Represented state and local governmental entities and corporate clients in state and federal constitutional cases
- Defended antitrust claims for clients in federal courts and regulatory agency
