Overview

Bret Pruehs works in the Real Estate and Corporate law departments in real estate, real estate development and corporate matters. Bret handles transactional residential and commercial real estate matters, general corporate representation including asset and stock sales, and represents horizontal property regimes and property owners associations.

Bret joined McNair as an Associate in the Hilton Head Office in 2005, and he worked as a summer clerk with the law firm of Bethea, Jordan & Griffin, P.A. prior to its merger with McNair.  While in law school, Bret worked in Tulane University's Athletic Compliance Office.

Prior to law school, Bret worked for the National Football League in its Player & Employee Development Department, a division of the National Football League Management Council. Bret attended the University of Colorado where he worked as a local sports writer and covered the Colorado Rockies on behalf of ESPN SportsTicker and the Colorado Rockies Gameday Program.

Bret was born in Naperville, Illinois.
