Lucas Padgett has over 30 years of experience representing water and wastewater utilities for municipal county and public service districts.
Lucas has over 20 years of experience representing clients on election law matters.
Lucas has argued cases in the Courts of South Carolina, including the Courts of Appeals and S.C. Supreme Court.
Lucas has worked extensively in the last 10 years for clients on large tract real estate developments to obtain zoning and development agreements with local governments.
- Lucas led a team of McNair lawyers to successfully get Development Agreements approved by the County of Charleston and Town of Mt. Pleasant for two large scale mixed use developments
