Overview
Dan McLeod is a member of the Firm’s public finance group and primarily serves as bond counsel in a broad range of financing activities for government entities including school districts, municipalities, counties and public service districts. Dan also works with government entities and private entities in connection with economic development incentives, including fee in lieu of taxes (FILOT) transactions and special source revenue bonds.
