Overview
Amanda Bailey is the Managing Shareholder of the Grand Strand Unit of the McNair Law Firm. She works in the Litigation section of the Firm’s Myrtle Beach office and focuses her practice on regional business related matters.
Amanda graduated from Appalachian State University in 1998 and earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina, School of Law in 2003.
Prior to joining McNair Law Firm as an Associate in our Myrtle Beach office in May 2005, Amanda served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Kaye G. Hearn of the South Carolina Court of Appeals in Conway, South Carolina.
Amanda has served as lead and co-counsel in a broad range of cases before special referees, masters in equity, the circuit courts, and federal courts and has successfully represented clients and argued on appeals before the SC Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
In addition to her regional practice along the Grand Strand, Amanda is licensed in North Carolina and can assist her clients along the coast in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
Amanda primarily represents area banking institutions, developers, homeowners’ associations, realtors, and businesses in litigation disputes and contract matters in circuit court, federal court and on all appellate courts.
