Overview
John Jolley is a Shareholder practicing with the Firm's Beaufort County Unit. John leads the Firm's Estate Planning and Probate Administration practice group. John graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. He was admitted to the South Carolina and Virginia Bar in the fall of 1998. After graduation, John practiced in Richmond, Virginia and in Alexandria, Virginia before returning to South Carolina in the fall of 2000. John practiced in Columbia, South Carolina until joining McNair Law Firm in the fall of 2005.
John is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Administration. John is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
