We established our presence in Hilton Head in the earliest days of the region’s growth. Our lawyers were instrumental in securing the land use approvals for the original development of Hilton Head Island, and continue to play a lead role in advising developers on completing new projects there. Today we continue to work with county and municipal officials, as well as numerous private developers, to facilitate new construction in this popular coastal resort area. For our many individual Hilton Head clients who are business owners, physicians, lawyers and other professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, executives, retirees and their families, McNair lawyers are available nearby whenever needed to custom-tailor wills, trust agreements and business plans to specific client needs. And in 2004 our merger with the law firm of Bethea, Jordan & Griffin further enhanced our client services for individuals and businesses throughout Beaufort County.
